I can help in this process. I have a broad knowledge of the technology and, moreover, I have a great problem-solving ability.
In the initial phase of a project, expectations are made clear and deliverables agreed. An estimation is also made of the timeline.
During the execution of the project, I work shoulder to shoulder with customer employees. The researchers and technicians of the lab are mainly operational in this, but are thoroughly guided. Frequent on site visits are part of the procedure.
